Я прочитал все что есть на форуме , игрался с настройками почты - теребил хостера - отправлял через SMTP- отправляется только максимальное число 4 писем .
Ответ хостера-
We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you. Using CGI scripts such as PHP you can only send 4 emails at a time. If you include more than 4 recipients in a message it may get timed out. So you may need to send emails to 4 members only( You may contact your application vendor and check whether there is any option you can specify this limit and application will automatically will split the groups as multiples of 4 and will send emails).
Переносил форум с хоста на хост - менял внешние почтовые службы..
Уже не знаю где рыть.. Помогите .
