This tool was designed to remove extra columns, rows, and tables from the database not present in the default installation of phpBB3, and to add missing database elements that may be needed.

сейчас сделал все неторопясь - не помогло, вновь создаваемый раздел на форуме не виден, хотя создаю его копирую настройки старого, который работает.
